We get hundreds of calls about the "Mountaineer" this cabin is a one of a kind no doubt. The Mountaineer starts at a 12 x 12 and goes up to a 14 x 40 and with the porch that adds another 4ft 

We do offer this unit on "Rent To Own" typically down payments are 10% and term can go up to 60 months. Payments vary depending on size and down payment. What we try to do is ask you the customer what is your budget? Is it 1000.00 down or 5,000 down, what monthly payment fits your budget? 400 a month or $800.00 a month? These questions are important when trying to match you up with the unit that fits your budget.

Each Cabin is custom built for you the customer. Right now we are about 6-8 weeks out on production.

We deliver and setup for free within 100 miles. Over that the cost is $10/mile

. If you need more than 4 windows, we will add additional windows for $250.00 each

. We do not finish Cabins out at this time, we just sell the shell so you can finish out

anyway you like. Cabin comes with a set of stairs up to the loft NOT a ladder. Height is

set at 6'4 under the loft and can be adjusted to about 7'. We made this with 9' sidewalls so

you can do an add on very easily. The roof has a 10/12 roof pitch.
