Cabin Information

                       Mountaineer 14 x 40 2 Story Cabin

                                          RTO program for Mountaineer and Kentuckian

1. Find the Cabin you want whether that be a Mountaineer or Kentuckian.

2. Figure out what your down payment and monthly payment will be.

3. Pick your roof colors and log siding colors. You can do this at www.wildcatbarnsofmtvernon.com 

4. Make sure you have included any options into the down payment and monthly payment. Options are on the price list for both cabins. Recommendation add the "6"gables on the Mountaineer and on the Kentuckian it comes standard with 6FT sidewalls you can upgrade to 7 FT for $600.00

5. You will receive a sales order that has price, colors and options, this is how your cabin will be built after the sales order is completed there isn't any changes to the Cabin because the builders construct your cabin based on what your sales order says. Make sure your sales order is correct.

6. Last step is you will need to fill out a no credit check application so we can get the information needed to fill out your RTO paperwork for our RTO company. You will need to be specific on the application about the address of where the cabin is going and provide a copy of your driver's license for identity purposes only.

7. If needed provide a video of where the cabin is going it's the customers responsibility to make sure the lot where the cabin is going is level and the location is accessible for our delivery team to get the cabin delivered. This is a very important step in the process. We don't provide any grade work or land prep.

8. We custom build each cabin for each customer that purchases a Cabin from Wildcat Barns of MT Vernon. Once the paperwork is completed and the cabin is ordered there are no refunds because we incur the cost of building the cabins. 

9. RTO program is not a bank loan and does not have an APR it is a simple rental agreement and as long as you pay the rental payments for the time you have selected 24, 36, 48 or 60 months at the end of the term you will own the cabin. 

You have a 90 day same as cash option and the cabin can be paid off early, ask the salesperson about early payoff.

10. Currently the wait time is 6-8 weeks and could be longer based on how many cabins are ahead of your order. Delivery time is almost impossible to predict due to the weather because we can't deliver in the rain or snow due to the site not being accessible so please be patient nobody wants your cabin delivered anymore than we do but we are at the mercy of the weather and reschedules of people that had cabins ready for delivery.

11. Cabins will not be completed or delivered until down payment is paid in full.

12. Currently we are not doing any finish work on the RTO program. You can get a 110 amp service with one light and three plugs with the Kentuckian only.

13. Upon delivery inspect the cabin and if there are any issues report them immediately to the salesperson that sold you the cabin, it's very important that you report any issues the same day of delivery.

14. Cabins have a 40 year warranty on the roof and lifetime warranty on the floors and six year warranty on the log siding.

15. We level and block the cabin about 13 inches high if you want the cabin higher you will need to provide the blocks and have them there on the day of delivery.
